Pages are right-to-left

At first I assumed that by leaving this box unchecked in Manga Publisher, that the pages would be left-to-right. Does this have any kind of function, or is it just for informational purposes?

I thought by leaving this unchecked, and during the process of reading the manga on the iPod, if you swept the screen right-to-left, that it would go forward instead of left-to-right being forward.

Ah yes, I think I forgot to make the iPhone respect the reading direction.
